Hi, i am an student of Dehradun institute of technology, an Engineering college

situated in the greens of dehradun.

Now about our college:

DIT is a leading technical institute offering Undergraduate programs and Postgraduate programs in several streams of Engineering, IT and Management. A campus with over 2300 students, coached by a highly distinguished faculty using state-of-the art teaching aids, excellent hostel facilities.It started in the year 1988

and now runs 7 B.Tech. programmes and 4 Masters' programs.

All courses here are approoved by AICTE.It has Tie ups with leading companies like

IBM, HP and TCS. Students are placed at highly reputed organizations such as Satyam ,Infosys, L & T, Oracle, IBM, Hindustan Lever Ltd., IFlex, Microsoft, HCL, LG, Lintas, Wipro, , LG, NIIT Technologies etc.Even at the time of recession Placement is good.

But the best thing about the college is its campus. DIT is located at Dehradun, approximately 240 k.m. northwest of New Delhi.

The campus is on Dehradun Mussoorie Road (northbound), approximately 10 k.m. from Dehradun city and just about 20 k.m. short of The queen of hills Mussoorie.
